We want you to be as cozy as possible, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your Oodie is in its original, unwashed condition and packaged in its reusable storage bag.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
